- Pipeline Development
I have been part of a few teams developing pipelines and tools to work with those pipelines. Most recently I established a pipeline for new LLP Digital department at Larry Levinson Productions. Prior to that I was part of the core team that developed the pipeline at Blur studio.
- Character Rigging/Pipeline Development
Over the past six years I have rigged everything from Humans and Orcs to Dragons and Birds. I was the sole rigger at Blur Studio for two years and in the last six months trained animators to rig using a pipeline and toolset that I created. I have created toolsets and pipelines for both Biped and Custom rigging.
- Technical Rigging/Pipeline Development
At Blizzard and Blur I put together many different types of rigs including Cars, Trucks, Catapults, Robots and Aircraft.
- Cloth Setup/Simulation/Pipeline Development
I have been doing cloth simulations for over six years and have created specific tools for simulating clothing, chains, ropes and jewelry. I have also developed tools and helped to integrate cloth simulations into animation pipelines so that the inclusion of cloth could be as seamless as possible.
- Custom Maxscripting
As this site shows I have spent a lot of time creating scripts that are both simple and complex. At any time when I though that I could create a script that could help to make any process easier I would quickly R&D then write the scripts.
- Modeling
I have been modeling in 3d since Autocad Version 9 (nearly 18 years). I have modeled Robots, Tanks, Humans and Orcs (as well as a Star Destroyer, to scale, in Autocad Version 10).
- Animation
I have done many types of animation including vehicles, aircraft, dynamics and characters.
- Particle FX
I have many various particle effects including explosions, fire, smoke and water.
